The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of thm is
all that land benefited by said improvements or each of th m.and is the
same as those listed above.
Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the above
noted areas in whole or in pert proportionately to each of the lands therein
contained according to the benefits received.
