RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESS!4ENT FOR SAttIMY SEWER, 1!ATER, An STORM SEticR
PROJECT N0. 84
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Minnesota, as follo:'is.
1. The City Clerk has with the assistance of the engineers heretofore selected
by this Council for such purpose, calculated' the proper amounts to be
specially assessed for the
SANITARY SEWER, WATER, AND STORM SEWER PROJECT NO. 84
in said City against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of lard in
accordance r.ith the provisions of ial:, and has prQpared and filed with the
City Ci;rk tabulated statements in d'apiicate shooing the prcper d- scription
of each and every lot, piece, or parcel of land to be specially ass ss:ct
and the amount calculated against the sa:oc.
2. Notice has be., ^n, duly published as required by lava that this Council Mould
meet in regular session at this time and place to pass on the proposed
assessment.
3. Said proposed assessment has at all times since. its filing been open to
inspection and copying by all p^rsons interested, and an opportunity has
been given to all interested persons to present their objections, if any,
to such proposed ass- ssm ?nt, or to any item thctreof, and m, objeetioils
have been filed; except
None
4. The amcarnts specified in the proposed assessor -amt are changed and altered
as follows.
None
S. This Council finds that each of the lots, pieces, or parcels of land enum-
erated in said proposed assessment as altered and modified was and is
specially ben,.fited by the
SANITARY SEVER, WATER, AND STORM SUIER PROJZCT NO. 81,
in the amount in said proposed ass ^ss;ncnt as altered and modified by the
corrective roll in th.. amou:t set opposite the description of cacti such
lot, piece, or parcel of land, and that said an.inUnt so set -0Jt is hereby
levied against each of the respective lots, pieces, or parcels of land

6. Such proposed assessment as altered, modified and corrected is affirmed,

8. The amounts assessed against each lot, piece, or parcel of land shall bear
interest from the date hereof until the sa,; hava.baen paid at the rate of
six per cent (6 06) par annum.
9. Such assc.ssm3nt shall be payable in trenty annual installments payable on the
1st day of Janaary in each year, beginning in the year 1968, and continuing -
until all of said installments Shall havz been paid, each installr:^nt to be
collected with taxes eolicctible during said year by the County Auditor.
10. The City Clerk is hereby directed to mate up and file in the office of the
County Auditor of Anoka County a certified statcm_nt of th_ areour;t of all
such unpaid ass,asraents and the a:ount which will be due thereon on the 1st
day of Jar -'ary in eac!; year.
The motion for the adoption of tine foregoing resolution, was duly seconded by
Councilman Harris , and upon vote being taken thereon the
