RESOLUTION ORDERING IiIPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND ,
SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTITIATES OF COSTS THEREOF:

WHEF.EAS, Resolution No. 106 -1968 adopt6d the 5th day of August, 1968
by the City Council, set the date for hearing on the proposed improvements, as speci-
fically noted in the Notice of hearing attached hereto for reference as Exhibit "A ",
and
WHEREAS, all of the property owners whose property is liable to be assessed
with the making of these improvements (as noted in said Notice) were given ten (10)
days notice by mail and published notice of the Council. hearing through two (2) weekly
publications of the required notice, and the hearing was held and the property owners
heard thereon at the hearing, as noted in said notice.
VM,., THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution
No. 106 -1968 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed
as soon as reasonably possible, to -wit:
Street Improvements, including grading, stabilized base, hot -mix
bituminous mat, concrete curb and gutter, water and sanitary sewer
' services and other facilities located as follows:
Polk Street: 323;46' South of Lynde Drive
West Service Road of T.H. 165: Railroad Right of Way to 73rd Ave.
Skyood Court in Swanstrom's Court Addition - no curbing.
That the work above may be consolidated with other areas as one improvement.
2. That work to be performed under this project may be perfo n ed under one
or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon receipt of bids.
3. That the City Engineoc, Nasim Qureshi, and Suburban Engineering Inc. Co-
nsulting mgrs. are hereby designated as the Engineers for this improve-
ment. They shall prepare final plans and specifications for the making
of such inprovenent.
ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY TIIIS 16TH DAY OF
SEPTEMBER 1968.
