A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE PRELIMINARY REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC

WA`TER, SANITARY SEWr`]R, AIM STORI.: SZWER PROJECT NO. 88 ADDENDUM NO. 2
WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed to be in
the interest of the City of Fridley and the property owners affected there-
by.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley, as fol-
lows:
1. That the preliminary report submitted by Comstock & Davis, Consulting
Engineers, is hereby received and accepted.
2. That this Council will meet on too 1i9, day of March , 1968 at
8:00 o'clock P.M. at the City Hall in the City of Fridley for the
purpose of holdin- a Public Hearin; on the improvement noted in the
Notice attached hereto and made a part thereof by reference, Exhibit
"A"
j. That the area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each
of them as noted in said notice are all the lands and areas as noted
in said notice: All of the same to be assessed proportionately ac-
cording to the benefits received.
4. That the City ManaGer is authorized and directed to give notice of
such Public Ilearint; by publishin- a notice thereof in the official
newspaper of the City of Fridley accordiriE to law, such notice to be
substantially in the form and substance of the notice attached here-
to as Exhibit "A ".

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, has deemed it necessary and expedient that the improvements
hereinafter doscr.ib,,d bq mach.
NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE; IS 1112EBY GIVEII TEAT on the 11th day of March,
1966, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. the City Council will meet at the
City Hall in said City, and will at said time, and place, hear all parties
interested in said improvenrmts in whole or in part.
The general nature of the improvements is the construction (in the
lands and streets noted below) of the following improvements, to -wit:
CONSTRUCTION ITE14
Sanitary sewer, watermains, laterals and service connections to serve
the following streets in Onaway Addition:
77th Way, Beech Street, Elm Street

THAT THE AREA PROPOSED TO BE ASSESSED FOR SAID IMPROVEMFNP IS AS FOLLOWS:

All of the land abutting upon said streets named above and all lands with-
in, adjacent and abutting thereto.
All of said land to be assessed proportionately according to the benefits
received by such improvements.
That the Council proposes to proceed with each of said improvements as
separate improvements, except as hereafter otherwise provided by Council
all under the following autrcrity, to -wit: Minnesota Laws 1953, Chapter
398 and law amendatory thereof, and in conformity with the City Charter.
