RESOLUTION NO. 153 - 1968
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE CITY GENERAL FUND TO THE
1967 -2 STREET FUND
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the Council of the City of
Fridley that one half of the cost of sidewalk in front of
residential property be paid by the City's General Fund, and
WHEREAS, the City did let a contract and install sidewalk
on 61st Avenue under the 1967 -2 Street Project, and
WHEREAS, the City did provide money in the City's General
Fund to be expended during the year 1968 for the City's share of
Sidewalk improvement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that $2,965.11 be transferred
from the City's General Fund to the 1967 -2 Street Project.
