RESOLUTION NO. 158 -1968
A RESOLUTION MAKING A TRANSFER FROM THE PUBLIC UTILITY FUND TO
IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 196C FUND, IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 1963 FUND,
W -75 WATERWORKS IMPROVEMENT BOND FUND AND REFUNDING BOND FUND
WHEREAS, tax levies, or transfers into Bond Funds are necessary
to provide the required amount of money in certain Improvement Bond
Funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Fridley, meeting at a regular session on the 7th day of October,
1968, as follows:
1. That a transfer from the Public Utility Operating Fund to
the 'Improvement Bonds of 1960 Fund in the amount of
$8,580.00 be authorized for the purpose of eliminating the
tax levy for the year of 1966, collectible in the year 1969.
2. That a transfer from the Public Utility Operating Fund to
the Improvement Bonds of 1963 Fund in the amount of $23,865.00
be authorized for the purpose of eliminating the tax levy
for the year 1968, collectible in the year 1969.
3. That a transfer from the Public Utility Operating Fund to
the Waterworks Improvement Bond Fund W -75 in the amount of
$51,075,00 authorized for the purpose of eliminating the
tax levy for the year 1968, collectible in the year 1969.
4. That a transfer from the Public Utility Operating Fund to
the Refunding Bond Fund in'the amount of $54,129.00 for the
purpose of reducing the tax levy for the year 1968, collectible
in 1969 be authorized.
5. That the transfer of the 1968 collections from the Service
Connections to the Refunding bond Fund for the purpose
of reducing the tax levy for the year 1968.

FRIDLEY THIS 7TH DAY OF OCTOBER , 1968.
