RESOLUTION NO. 159 — 1968
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE CITY GENERAL FUND TO THE
1967 -10 STREET FUND
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City Council of the City
of Fridley that the cost of seal coating be paid by the City's
General Fund, and
WHEREAS, the City did let a contract for seal coating work
under the 1967 -10 Street Project, and
WHEREAS, the City did provide money in the City's General
Fund to be expended during the year 1968 for the seal coating
program,
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that $17,662.86 be transfered
from the City's General Fund to the 1967 -10 Street PRoject.
