.RESOLUTION NO. _],65 -1968
A RESOLUTION REGARDING TRANSPORTATION OF
DEFENDANTS, ANOKA COUNTY FIUNICIPAL COURT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the Anoka County Municipal Court is holding
full -time court sessions in Anoka, Blaine, and Fridley; and
WHEREAS, persons being detained for said Court are housed
in the Anoka County Jail, City of Anoka; and
WHEREAS, the Statute establishing said Court provided that
the Anoka County Sheriff shall transport defendants to the
municipalities there the Court is in session.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the Fridley City Council
respectfully requests that appropriate steps be taken by the Anoka
County Commissioners and the Anoka County Sheriff to supply the
transportation required for the Anoka County Municipal Court.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, THIS 21st
DAY OF OCTOBER 1968.
