RESOLUTION NO. 18 -1968
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR
TO BE LEVIED AGAINST CERTAIN PROPERTIES FOR COLLECTION
WITH THE TAXES PAYABLE IN 1968
WHEREAS, a nuisance condition has been found to exist
on Lots 7A, 8A, 10B, 11B, Block 4, Edgewater Gardens Addition;
Lots 10 and 11, Block 4, Lowell Addition; Lots 16 and 17, Block
2, Oak Grove Addition; Lots 18, 19 and 20, Block 2, Oak Grove
Addition and Parcel 960, Unplatted Section 12,
WHEREAS, the owner of such property was given notice
to abate such nuisance, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property did not abate such
nuisance and the City of Fridley, under authority of section
145.23 Minnesota State Statute of 1953 did therefore abate the
nuisance at a total cost of $130.95.
NOW, THEREFORE, ISY IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is
hereby authorized and directed to certify to the County Auditor
for collection with the taxes payable in 1968, the charges as
listed below:
