RESOLUTION NO. 182 -1968
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING REVISION OF THE CITY CODE
OF FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA, DATED MAY 31, 1968.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has adopted and codified its
ordinances into book form entitled, "Municipal Code of Fridley,
Minnesota "; and
WHEREAS, the authority to revise and update said Code is
contained in Chapter 110.10; and
WHEREAS, it is the duty of the Council with the advice of the
City Attorney to periodically revise and insert those amendments and
additions to the Code passed by the Council since the last revision; and
WHEREAS, the Council did order the City Attorney to update the
Code; and
WHEREAS, an updated printing of the City Code dated May 31,
1968, and incorporating ordinances #1 through #E394 has been prepared
and presented to the Council.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Fridley City Council
hereby adopts the revised Fridley City Code, dated May 31, 1968, as
the official code of the City of Fridley, a copy of which shall be
permanently on file and open for public inspection in the office of
the City Clerk in the City of Fridley.
