A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON
PARCEL 600, TATS 5 -7, BLK. 3, & LOTS 6 -17, BLK, 4, BF.NNETT- PALMER ADDITION.
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain
land and said land as subsequently been subdivided,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcel, to -wit:
Parcel 600, Lots 5 -7, Block 3, and Lots 6 -17, Block 4, Bennett- Palvier Addition,
may and shall be apportioned and divided as follows:
