RESOLUTION NO. 30 -1968
APPROVING HIGHWAY PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
SIGNAL AT 53RD AND T.H. #47 AND COST PARTICIPATION
AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED that.that the City enter into an agree-
ment with the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways for the
following purposes, to -wit:
To install a traffic control signal on Trunk Highway
No. 47 at its intersection with 53rd Avenue Northeast
in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth
and contained in Agreement No. 55611, a copy of which
was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be and they hereby are authorized to execute such agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
THIS 26TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1968.
