BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fridley, as follo::s:
1. That pursuant to Chapter 72, City Code of Fridley, Minnesota, 1963
that commencing on the 15th day of March, 1968, and continuing until
the 15th day of May, 1968, unless sooner terminated or thereafter
continued, no vehicle shall be driver, or operated upon any street
or public highe.ay in the City wider jurisdiction of the City where
the weight of such vehicle ey_ceeds:
h Ton Per Axle
2. The above restriction shall not apply with respect to the following
named streets or public highways, to -l.dt:
a. Rice Creel: Road from T. H. x`65 to Central Avenuo
b. 73rd Avenue from H:ighs;ay `65 to Able Street
c. West Moore Lake Drive from 59th Avenue to Carol Drive
d. 61ut Avern, o N.E. from 'Main Street to 17ost Moore La:�,e Drive
e. 7th Street N.E. from 53rd Avenue to 2iississi.ppi Street '
f. 57th Avenue from flighrray icl,7 to 7th Street
g.. Yain Strc.ot from 57t11 Avenue to 58th Aven-c-
h. Dater Stroct from 73rd. Avenue to Osbonve Road
and the weight limit with respect to such streets and highway is:
