RESOLUTION N0. 49 -1968
A RESOLUTION IN REGARD TO SEWER CONNECTION TO
NORTH SUBURBAN SANITARY Sl:,dM DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley and the North Suburban
Sanitary Sewer District entered into a general sewer use agreement,
conditioned, modified and limited by a supplementary agreement dated
the 8t' day of January, 1964, and
WHEREAS, the City Municipal Garage construction is
under way on: The Easterly part of the Southeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter (SE4 of SW4) of Section Eleven (11) Township
Thirty (30), Range Twenty -Four (24); and is in immediate .need of
sewer services;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Fridley
as follows: That it elects to connect the sanitary sewer services
to the District for the City Garage area on a permanent basis.
