RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF: STREET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ST. 1968 -1 ADDENDUM #2
WHEREAS, Resolution #38 -1968 of the City Council adopted
the 18th day of March, 1968, set the date for hearing on the pro-
posed improvements, as specifically noted in the Notice of Hearing
attached hereto for reference as Exhibit "A ", and
WHEREAS, all of the property owners whose property is liable
to be assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted in
said Notice) were given ten (10) days notice by mail and pub-
lished notice of the Council Hearing through two (2) weekly
publications of the required notice, and the hearing was held and
the property owners heard thereon at the hearing, as noted in
said notice.
NOW THEREFORE, BY IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Reso-
lution #38 -1968 are hereby ordered to be effected and com-
pleted as soon as reasonably possible, to -wit:
a) The improvements as noted under the Construction Item
in the Notice of Hearing (in Exhibit "A ") for the
following street:
Onondaga Street: Hayes Street to Bacon Drive
That the work above may be consolidated with other
areas as one improvement.
2. That work to be performed under this project may be per -
formed under one or more contracts as may be deemed ad-
visable upon receipt of bids.
3. That the City Engineer, Nasim Qureshi, and suburban
Engineering, are hereby designated as the Engineers for
this improvement. They shall prepare final plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 15TH DAY OF
APRIL, 1968.
