RESOLUTION NO. 52 -1968
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS, AND ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF:
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ST. 1968 - -3
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 34 -1968 of the City Council adopted
the 4th day of March, 1968, set the date for hearing on the pro-
posed improvements, as specifically noted in the Notice of Hearing
attached hereto for reference as Exhibit "A ", and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvement proposed by Council
Resolution #34 -1968 are hereby ordered to be effected
and completed as soon as reasonably possible, to -wit:
a) All of the improvements as noted in the notice of
hearing on the same as are noted in Exhibit "A" in
said notice;
That the work above may be consolidated with other areas
as one improvement.
2. The work to be performed under this project may be per-
formed under one or more contracts as may be deemed
advisable upon receipt of bids.
3. The City Engineer and Anoka County Engineer are hereby
designated as the Engineers for this improvement. They
shall prepare final plans and specifications for the making
of such improvement.
