RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ENTERING
INTO AGREE EIT2 WITH ANOKA COUNTY, MINTNESOTA FOR STREET R1PROVKrn'1'FT
PROJECT ST. 1968 -3 AND CONCURRENCE OF AWARD FOR ThL CONTRACT
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 62 -1968 of the City Council adopted the 15th
day of April, 1968 ordered the improvement and preparation of final plans
and specifications for this Project,
WHEREAS, the County has prepared plans for construction of improvement
under the project and submitted the same to the City of Fridley for approval
WHEREAS, Anoka County has submitted an agreement covering the cost of
participation, for this project by the City of Fridley and
WHEREAS, the Contract of this project has been let by Anoka County
and the low bidder is Dunkley Sufacing Co. and County of Anoka has requested
concurrence by the City in the award to Dunkley Surfacing Co.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Fridley that
1. The Plans and Specifications submitted by the County
of Anoka are hereby approved.
2. The City Council concurs in the award of this Contract
to Dunkley Surfacing Co.
3. The City Council does hereby authorize the Mayor and
the City Manager to execute the aforesaid Agreement.
