RESOLUTION NO. 67 -1968
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON LOT 17, PARCEL 360, CLOVER LEAF
ADDITION (Subject to utility easement over North 10',
South 101, and West 10')
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with res-
pect to certain land and said land has subsequently been sub-
divided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described
parcels, to -wit: Southerly 90' of Lot 17, Clover Leaf Addition,
and Lot 17 (except the Southerly 90', Clover Leaf Addition) may
and shall be apportioned and divided as follows:
