RESOLUTION No. 74 -1968
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE PRELIMINARY REPORT AND
CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE MATTER OF THE CON-
STRUCTION OF CERTIAN IMPROVEMENTS: WATER, SANITARY
SEWER AND STORM SEWER: PROJECT #88 (ADDENDUM #4)
WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed
to be in the interest of the City of Fridley and the pro-
perty owners affected thereby.
BY IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Fridley,
as follows:
1. That the preliminary report submitted by Comstock and Davis,
Inc. is hereby received and accepted.
2. That this Council will meet on the 10th day of June, 1968,
at 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the City Hall in the City of Fridley
for the purpose of holding a Public Hearing on the improve-
ment noted in the Notice attached hereto and made a part
thereof by reference, Exhibit "A ".
3. That the area proposed to be assessed for said improvements
and each of them as noted in said notice are all the lands
and areas as noted in said notice: All of the same to be
assessed proportionately according to the benefits received.
4. That the City Manager is authorized and directed to give
notice of such Public Hearing by publishing a notice thereof
in the official newspaper of the City of Fridley according
to law, such notice to be substantially in the form and sub-
stance of the notice attached hereto as Exhibit "A ".
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 13TH
DAY OF MAY, 1968.

NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
f PROJECT #88 ADDENDUM No. 4
$ W }IEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, has deemed it necessary and expedient- that the improvements
hereinafter described be made.
NOW, THEP.EFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the 10th day of
Jun_e_, at 8 :00 o'clock P.M., the City Council will meet at the
City Hall in said City, and will at said time, and place, hear all
parties interested in said improvements in whole or in part.
The general nature of the improvements is the construction (in the
lands and streets noted below) of the following improvements, to -wit:
CONSTRUCTION ITEM
Watermain, water and sewer services and other appurtenances
serving properties as follows:
East River Road between Osborne Road and 77th Way

IS AS FOLLOUS:

All of the lend abutting upon said streets named above and all lands within,
adjacent and abutting thereto.
All of said land to be' assessed proportionately according to the benefits
received by such improvements..
That the Council proposes to proceed with each of said improvements as
separate improvements, except as hereafter otherwise provided by Council
all under the followinS authority, to -wit; Minnesota Laws 1953, Chapter 398
and law amendatory thereof, and in conformity with the Charter.
