RESOLUTION NO. 87 -1968
A RESOLUTION ABATING STORM SEWER ASSESSMENTS ON LOTS 1
THROUGH 30, BLOCK 10, HAMILTON'S ADDITION TO MECHANICS -
VILLE
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has previously entered
into an agreement with the Sacred Heart of Jesus Polish
Catholic Church which the City agreed not to assess any
further assessment on Lots 1 through 30, Block 10, Hami-
ltons Addition to Mechanicsville for water, sewer or
storm sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the assess-
ment in the amount of $4,152.30 for Storm Sewer Project
#5 is hereby abated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY THIS 17TH DAY OF JUNE, 1968.
