RESOLUTION NO. 89 -1968
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMNT AND FINAL PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND ESMIATES OF COSTS THEREOF:
ST. 1968 -1B ADDENDUM
ITHEREAS, Resolution No. 75 -1968 adopted the 13th day of Play, 1968
by the City Council, set the date for hearing on the proposed improvements, as speci-
fically noted in the Notice of Rearing attached hereto for reference as Exhibit "A ",
and
W11FREAS, all of the property owners whose property is liable to be assessed
with the making of these improvements (as noted in said Notice) were given ten (10)
days notice by mail and published notice of the Council Hearing through two (2) weekly
publications of the required notice, and the hearing was held and the property orders
heard thereon at the hearing, as noted in said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1• That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution
No. 75 -1968 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed as
soon as reasonably possible, to -wit:
a) The improvements as noted under the Construction Item in the
Notice of_ Hearing (in Exhibit "A ") for the following street:
64th Avenue: ,Central Avenue to Arthur Street
That the work above may be consolidated with other areas as one
improvement.
2. That work to be performed under this project may be performed under one
or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon receipt of bids.
3. That the Consulting Engineers, Suburban Engineering Company, Incorporated
Fridley, Minn. is hereby -des i.gnated as the Engineers for this improve -
ment. They shall prepare final plans and specifications for the making
of such improvement.
