RESOLUTION NO. 93 - 1968
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO BE LEVIED
AGAINST CERTAIN PROPERTIES FOR COLLECTION WITH THE TAXE. PAYABLE IN 1969
WHEREAS, a nuisance condition has been found to exist on Lots 33
and 34, Block E, Riverview Heights Addition,
WHEREAS, the owner of such property was given notice tc abate such
nuisance, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property did not abate such nuisance and
the City of Fridley, under authority of Section 145.23 Minnesota State Statute
of 1953 did therefore abate the nuisance at a total cost of $17.50.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby aithorized
and directed to certify to the County Auditor for collection with the taxes
payable in 1968, the charges as listed below:
Lots 33 and 34, Block E, Riverview Heights Addition $17.50
Weed Spraying
TOTAL $17.50
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
