SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTLWiTES OF COSTS T'11EREOF: STREET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT S'1. 1968 -1 (ADDENDUM f3)
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 90 -1968 adopted the 17th day of June, 1968
by the City Council, set the date for hearing on the proposed improvements, as speci-
fically noted in the Notice of Hearing attached hereto for reference as Exhibit "A ",
and
WHEREAS, all of the property owners whose property is liable to be assessed
with the making of these improvements (as noted in said Notice) were given ten (10)
days notice by mail and published notice of the Council Hearing through two (2) weekly
publications of the required notice, and the hearing was held and the property owners -
heard thereon at the hearing, as noted in said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows: (Petition #3 -1968 and Petition f17 -1968)
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution
No. 90 -1968 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed as
soon as reasonably possible to -wit:
a. Street improvements including grading, stabilized base, hot -mix �-
bit-uminous mat, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and other
facilities located as follows:
73rd Avenue: Railroad Tracks to Cocamerce Lane
Alley between Main Street and 2nd Street: 47th Ave. to 48th Ave.
That the work above may be consolidated with other areas as
one improvement. '
2. That work to be performed under this project may be performed under one
or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon receipt of bids.
3. That the Consulting Engineers, Suburban Engineering Company, Incorporated o-
Fridley, Minn, is hereby designated as the Engineers for this improve-
-, went. They shall prepare final plans and specifications for the making
of such improvement.
