RESOLUTION NO. 4 -1969
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING TIME AND NUMBER
OF REGULAR COUNCIL 1ETINGS AND PUBLIC
HEARING MEETINGS
WHEREAS, Section 3.01 as amended of the Charter of the City of
Fridley requires that the City Council shall meet at a fixed time not
less than once each month; and
WHE=AS, Section 3.01 as amended of the Charter of the City of
Fridley requires that the Council shall meet at such times as may be
prescribed by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Council time of meeting must be established;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of
Fridley that:
1. The City Council shall meet on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each
month.
2. The City Council shall hold Public Hearings and conduct work
shop meetings on the 2nd Monday of each month as required by
the Council.
3. The City Council shall meet at 7:30 P.M. on the above designated
nights.
