.RESOLUTION NO. 104 - 1969
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON
LOTS 1 THROUGH 15 INCLUSIVELY
(EXCEPT N. 20" OF S. 26'
OF LOTS 4 AND 13), BLOCK
3,
ADAM'S STREET ADDITION AND COMBINING THEM INTO REGISTERED
LAND SURVEY #14.
WHEREAS, certain special assessments
have been levied with
respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently been subdivided and
combined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
as follows:
That the assessments levied against
the following described
parcel, to -wit:

be apportioned and divided and
