RESOLUTION NO. 12 -1969
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS
SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF:
WATER, SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER PROJECT
590, ADDENDUM #1
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 198 -1968 adopted the 9th day of December 1968
-by the City Council, set the date for hearing on the proposed improvements, as speci-
fically noted in the Notice of Hearing attached hereto for reference as Exhibit "A ",
and
WHEREAS, all of the property owners whose property is liable to be assessed
with the making of these improvements (as noted in said Notice) were given ten (10)
days notice by of
and published notice of the Council Hearing through two (2) weekly
publications of the required notice, and the hearing was held and the property owners
heard thereon at the hearing, as noted in said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. Thpt the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution
No. 198 -1968 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed
as soon as possible to -wit:
Water lateral,water and sewer services and appurtenances
serving properties located on
66th Avenue: From University Avenue East to the cul de sac

2. That work to be performed under this project may be performed under one
or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon receipt of bids.
3. That Comstock and Davis Incorporated, 1446 County Road J
Minneapolis are hereby designated as the Engineers for this improve-
ment. They shall prepare final plans and specifications for the making
of such improvement.
ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL OF TILE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 20TH DAY OF
JANUARY , 1969.
