RESOLUTION NO. 137 -1969
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES AND APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR
THE AUGUST 19, 1965 ELECTION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota, at a regular meeting thereof on July 21, 1969.
SECTION 1. That on the 19th day of August, 1969, there shall be a City Special
Election for the purpose of voting on the following question:

SHALL THE CITY OF-FRIDLEY BE AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE "ON- SALE"
LIQUOR LICENSES TO HOTELS AND RESTAURANTS PURSUANT TO ( "SPLIT
LIQUOR" BILL, BEING) MINNESOTA STATUTES 340.353?
That the polling places for said special election shall be as follows:

SECTION 3. That the polling places will be open from 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
SECTION 4. That the following people are hereby appointed to act as judges for
said election except that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to
appoint qualified substitutes in cases of conflict of interest as
set forth in Chapter 4, Section 4.05 of the City Charter.
