RES 1969-140 - 000101602O f RESOLUTION, NO. 140 1969 RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR WATER PROJECT NO. 92 BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka, County, Minnesota as follcws: 1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost of construction with respect to the following named improvement to -twit: WATER I14PROVII• ?ENT PROTECT NO. 92 including all incidental expenses thereto is estimated at $ 25,055.20 , 2. The City I:anager with the assistance of the City Clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be specially assessed for said improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land benefited by said improvement according to law. NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Council of the City of Fridley will meet at the City Hall in said City on the 8th day of September, 1969, at 7:30 P.M., to hear and pass upon all objections, if any, to the proposed assessments in respect to the following improvement, to -wit: STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 89 The Vroposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now on file and open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the office of the Clerk of said City. At said hearing, the Council will consider written or oral objections to the proposed assessments for each of said improvements. The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the construction of storm sewer drainage facilities and appurtenances in the lands and streets designated as follows: A. Storm Sewer and Appurtenances in and serving the area bounded by: 1. The area bounded by T.H. No. 65 on the West, 732 Avenue on the North, Central Avenue on the East, and the Minnesota Transfer Railway Tracks on the South. The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of them is all that land benefited by said improvements or each of them and lying within the area bounded by the following lines: All that property lying within the above described areas. Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the above noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of the lands therein contained according to the benefits received.
