A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED
ASSESS: °PNT POLL FOR WATnZ PROJECT 170. 92
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on
August 4, 1969, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a
proposed assessment of the cost of street improvements,
concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer system, sanitary and
water services, and other facilities.
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such
proposed assessment roll has beer. completed and filed in
his office for public inspection.
Nall TIiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY .COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, AJ;CKA COUfTY, MINY- ESOTA, AS FOLLWS:
1. The City Council shall meat at the City Hall
in the City of Fridle7-, Anoka Coarty, Minnesota,
on the 8th day of September, 1969, at 7:30 P.M.
to pass upon the proposed assessment for WATER
IMPRO`da EJT PROJECT NO. 92.
2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the
time and place of meeting in the official
newspaper of the City, at least two (2) weeks
prior to such meeting.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY THIS 4TH DAY OF AUGUST ,1969.
