RESOLUTION NO. 152 -1969
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF:
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ST. 1970 -1 ADDENDUM -91
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 123 -1969 adopted the 21st day of July, 1969
by the City Council, set the date for hearing on the proposed improvements, as speci-
fically noted in the Notice of Hearing attached hereto for reference as Exhibit "A ",
and
WHEREAS, all of the property owners whose property fs liable to be assessed
with the making of these improvements (as noted in said Notice) were given ten (10)
days notice by mail and published notice of the Council Hearing through two (2) weekly
publications of the required notice, and the hearing was held and the property owners
heard thereon at the hearing, as noted in said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution
No. 123 -1969 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed as
soon as reasonably possible, to -wit:
Street improvement including grading, stabilized base, hot mix bituminou'
mat, concrete curb and gutter, water, sanitary sewer lines and services,
incidental drainage and other facilities located as follows:
58th Avenue: Quincy Street to West Moore Lake Drive
59th Avenue: Monroe Street to West Moore Lake Drive
Marigold Terrace: Monroe Street to West Moore Lake Drive
2. That work to be performed under this project may be performed under one
or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon receipt of bids.
3. That the City Engineer, Nasim M. Qureshi, and the City's Consulting
Engineers are hereby designated as the Engineers for this improve-
ment. They shall prepare final plans and specifications for the raking
of such improvement.

NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT FOR WATER AND SEWER
MAINS, LATERALS, AND SERVICE CONNECTIONS
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Fridley will meet at the
City Hall in said City on the 15th day of September, 1969, at 7:30 P.M. to hear
and pass upon all objections, if any, to the proposed assessments in respect to
the follov'ir,g improvements, to -wit:
1969 WATER AND SEWER MAINS, LATERALS, AND SERVICE CONNECTIONS
NOT HERETOFORE FURNISHED AND AVAILABLE
The proposed assessment roll for
each of said improvements is now on file and
open to public inspection by all
persons interested, in the office of the Clerk
of said City.
At said hearing, the Council will
consider written or oral objections to the
proposed assessments for each of
said improvements.
The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the construction and
furnishing of sewer mains, laterals, and service connections and water mains,
laterals, and service connections in and to the properties, as follows:

The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of them is all
that land benefited by said improvements or each of them and is the same as
those listed above.
Said improvements will be assessed a4gainst the properties within the above noted
areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of the lands therein contained
according to the benefits received.
