A RESOLUTION CORRECTING RESOLUTION 11188 -1968 AUTHORIZING AND DIR-
ECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PARCEL 8400, PART
OF SECTION 3, A PORTION OF WHICH IS REPLATTED INTO PEARSON'S
SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect
to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described parcel, to-
wit: Parcel 8400, Part of Section 3, a portion of which is replatted
into Pearson's 2nd Addition, may and shall be apportioned and divided
as follows:
