RES 1969-177 - 00010230270 RESOLUTION NO. X7_1969 ' A RESOLUTION RELATIVE TO ADDITIONAL HOOKUP TO THE NORTH SUBURBAN SANITARY SEE T. DISTRICT SYSTEM BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the City of Fridley and the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District entered into a general.sewer use agreement, conditioned, modified and limited by a supplementary agreement dated January 8, 1964; and WHEREAS, Section 7 of said supplementary agreement relative to connection charges reads in part as follows, "Fridley shall haye the right to connect portions or all of its sewer system directly to the District disposal system on a temporary or permanent basis, as Fridley may elect, and shall pay current connection charges to the District;.,. ". NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the City of Fridley has not exceeded its disposal capacity at 22nd and Marshall, or 43rd and Marshall. 2. That it has elected to connect to the District system the , sanitary sewer laterals serving the following area on a temporary basis. All that property bounded by the Railroad Tracks on the West; the North line of the South Half (S2) of Section 2 and Section 3 on the North; Trunk Highway No. 47 on the East; and Osborne Road on the South. All lying in Township 30, Range 24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota. 3. That enclosed with and made a part of this Resolution are the final plans and specifications showing the construction within the area to be served and the proposed connection to the Suburban Sanitary Sewer District facilities.
