RESOLUTION N0, 182 1969
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING CERTAIN COSTS AND EXPENSE FROM THE
1968 -3 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND THE 1969 -3 STREET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT TO THE 1970 -3 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the work to be done at the intersections of
57th Avenue and University, and 61st Avenue and University
was originally scheduled to be done under the 1968 -3 Street
Improvement Project and then under the 1969 -3 Street Improvement
Project, and
WHEREAS, this work will now be done under the 1970 -3
Street Improvement Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that easement costs
shall be transferred to the 1970 -3 Street Improvement Project
as follows:
To be transferred from the 1968 -3 Street Improvement
Project to the 1970 -3 Street Improvement Project -
61st Avenue - Easement Costs - $10,028
Legal Fees - $361
57th Avenue - Easement Costs - $85
To be transferred from the 1969 -3 Street Improvement
Project to the 1970 -3 Street Improvement Project -
57th Avenue Intersection - Easement Costs - $5,800
Legal Fees $50
