RESOLUTION NO. 197 - 1969
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON
LOT 3, BLOCK 2, RIVERWOOD MANOR, AND COMBINING THE SOUTH 9 FEET OF LOT 3 WITH
LOT 4, BLOCK 2, RIVERWOOD MANOR ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcel, to -wit:
Lot 3, Block 2,.Riverwood Manor Addition, may and shall be apportioned and
divided as follows, and the south 9 feet of Lot 3 combined with Lot 4, Block 2,
Riverwood Addition, as follows:
