RESOLUTION NO. 201 - 1969
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE WITHHOLDING OF LOT 28, BLOCK A,
RIVERVIEW HEIGHTS ADDITION FROM THE TAX FORFEIT SALE AND
REQUESTING THAT SAID LOT BE DEEDED TO THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
WHEREAS, Lot 28, Block A, Riverview Heights Addition
is now in a tax forfeit status, and
WHEREAS, The City of Fridley is currently using this
lot for a street right -of -way for the extension of Ruth Street,
south of Hugo Street,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Council of
the City of Fridley hereby requests that the above named lot
be withheld from the tax sale, and the City further requests
that said lot be deeded to the City of Fridley.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 1ST DAY OF DECE19BER 1969.
