RESOLUTION RECEIVING AND APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR HOOKING UP CERTAIN AREAS TO N.S.S.S.D. LINES: SANITARY
SEWER PROJECT NO. 97
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 199-1969 adopted by the City Council on December
1, 1969, ordered the improvement and instructed Comstock and Davis, Incorporated,
to prepare the plans and specifications for the said improvement, and
WHEREAS, Comstock and Davis, Incorporated, Cm sulting Engineers, have
presented their plans and specifications for review by the City Council.
NOW,.THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1 The plans and specifications prepared by Comstock and Davis,
Incorporated, Consulting Engineers, for such improvements, a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are
hereby received and approved and shall be filed with the
City Clerk.
