RESOLUTION NO. 23 -1969
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF MINNESOTA
FOR MAINTENANCE OF SIGNALS
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Fridley enter into a
maintenance agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department
of Highways for the following purposes, to -wit:
To allow the State to maintain on a reimbursable basis
traffic control signals on trunk highway intersections
and on certain municipal street intersections within
Fridley, specifically at those intersections where the
City now has maintenance responsibilities, that the
City would continue to replace the lamps on all signals
at these locations.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk be and
they hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby
assume for and on behalf of the City of the contractual obligations
contained therein.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 17TH DAY
OF FEBRUARY 1969.
