A RESOLUTION RELATIVE TO ADDITIONAL HOOKUP TO THE NORTH
SUBURBAN SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SYSTEM
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley and the North Suburban Sanitary
Sewer District entered into a general sewer use agreement, conditioned,
modified and limited by a supplementary agreement dated January 8,
1964, and
WHEREAS, Section 7 of said supplementary agreement relative to
connection charges reads in part as follows, "Fridley shall have the
right to connect portions or all of its sewer system directly to the
District disposal system on a temporary or permanent basis, as Fridley
may elect, and shall pay current connection charges to the District; - - -`
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the City of Fridley has not exceeded its disposal
capacity at 22nd and Marshall, or 43rd and Marshall.
2. That it has elected to connect to the District system the
sanitary sewer laterals serving the following areas on a tem-
porary basis.
a) All of Lot 5, Auditor's Subdivision 1179, Anoka County.
' All of Lot 15, Auditor's Subdivision 1178, Anoka County.
That part of Lot 14, Auditors Subdivision 1178, lying
south of Interstate Highway 11694 (T.H. 100) Anoka County.
3. That enclosed with and made a part of this Resolution are the
final plans and specifications showing the construction within
the area to be served and the proposed connection to the North
Suburban Sanitary Sewer District facilities.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 17TH DAY
OF FEBRUARY, 1969.
