RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND SPECI-
FICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF: WATER AND SANITARY
SEWER PROJECT NO. 91
WHEREAS, Resolution #37 -1969 adopted the 3rd day of March, 1969
by the City Council, set the date for hearing on the proposed improvements,
as specifically noted in the Notice of Hearing attached hereto for reference
as Exhibit "A ", and
WHEREAS, all the property owners whose property is liable to be
assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted in said Notice)
were given ten (10) days notice by mail and published notice of the Council
Hearing through two (2) weekly publications of the required notice, and the
hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon at the hearing, as
noted in said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of
Frildey, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution
#37 -1969 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed as
soon as reasonably possible, to -wit:
The improvements noted under the Construction Item in the Notice
of Hearing (in Exhibit "A ") for the following area:
Sanitary Sewer and appurtenances to serve the area described as
follows:
All that part of OUtlots 1, 2, 3, Block 1, Moore Lake Highlands
4th Addition not now served and that part of Herwal 2nd Addition
not now served.
2. That work to be performed under this project may be performed
under one or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon
receipt of bids.
3. That the Consulting Engineers, Comstock & Davis, Inc., 1446
County Road J, Minneapolis, Minnesota are hereby designated as
Engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare final plans
and specifications for the making of such improvement.
ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 21ST DAY OF APRIL, 1969.
