RESOLUTION NO. 66 -1969
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF MINNESOTA
FOR THE 69TH AVENUE CROSSOVER AT UNIVERSITY AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED that the City enter into an agreement with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Highways for the following purposes,
to -wit:
to provide for payment by the State of Minnesota to the City of Fridley
of the cost of relocating and reconstructing Trunk Highway #47 concrete
median at the 69th Avenue N.E. intersection (State Project No. 0205 -36,
Agreement No. 56088).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized to execute such agreement.
ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 21ST DAY OF APRIL,
1969.
