RESOLUTION NO. 71 -1969
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REQUEST OF HIGHWAY
DEPARTMENT CONCURRENCE FOR TRAFFIC PATTERN
CONFIGURATION TO SUPPORT PLANS FOR THE HYDE
PARK - CITY VIEW ADDITION OT THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
WHEREAS, THE City Council has considered a number of plans providing''>
for the rezoning of the Hyde Park - City View Additions to the City of
Fridley; and
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes the possibility of rezoning
certain areas within the Hyde Park - City View Additions of the City of
Fridley; and
WHEREAS, it would be necessary to have the concurrence and approval
of the State Highway Department on traffic patterns for ingress effecting
Highway 47 before any plan could be implemented.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Fridley will request from the State Highway Department necessary concurrence
for traffic pattern configurations to effect the plans under consideration.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 5 TH DAY OF MAY, 1969.
