RESOLUTION NO. 78 -1969
RESOLUTION APPROVING A TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE AGREE-
MENT BETWEEN THE MINNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT AND THE CITY
OF FRIDLEY
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Fridley enter into a maint-
enance agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of
Highways, for the following purposes, to -wit:
To maintain traffic control signals on trunk highway inter-
sections and on certain municipal street intersections in
accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and con -
tained in this Maintenance Agreement, a copy of which was
before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager be and
they hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby
assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual ob-
ligations contained therein.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 19TH DAY
OF MAY, 1969.
