RESOLUTION NO. 81 -1969
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE COUNTY TO WITHHOLD LOT
28, BLOCK A, RIVERVIEW HEIGHTS ADDITION FROM PUBLIC
SALE
WHEREAS, it is deemed in the best interest of the City
of Fridley, that Lot 28, Block A, Riverview Heights Addition,
be withheld from public sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ST RESOLVED, that the County of Anoka
is hereby requested to withhold from sale Lot 28, Block A,
Riverview Heights Addition, so that this lot may be purchased
by the City of Fridley for street purposes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FFMLEY
