A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON
LOTS 53 AND 54, BLOCK G, RIVER VIEW HEIGHTS ADDITION AND COMBINING THE SOUTH
5 FEET OF LOTS 53 AND 54, BLOCK G, WITH LOTS 14 THROUGH 18, BLOCK G, RIVER VIEW
HEIGHTS ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently been subdivided and combined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcel, to -wit:
Lots 53 and 54, Block G, and Lots 14 through 18, Block G, River View Heights
Addition, may and shall be apportioned and divided and combined as follows:
