RESOLUTION NO. 87 '•1969
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INCLUSION OF ELECTED OR
APPOINTED OFFICIALS UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE
WORKMAN'S C014PENSATION LAW,
BE IT RESOLVED2 by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota,, as follows:
WHEREAS,9 the laws of the State of Minnesota permit the inclusion
of elected or appointed Municipal officials under the provisions of
the City's Workman's Compensation Law; and
WHEREAS., the Fridley City Council desires to include elected and
appointed officials under its Workman's Compensation coverage; and
WHEREAS., the State Statute requires the Council to adopt an
ordinance or resolution indicating its desire to include its
elected or appointed officials under said law.
NOW THEREFORE., be it resolved, that the Fridley City Council
herebys resolves to include all elected or appointed officials
under its Workman's Compensation coverage.
