RESOLUTION NO. 94 -1969
RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ,
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO.
ST. 1968 -1A
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on June
16, 1969, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment of the cost of street improvements, concrete curb
and gutter, storm sewer system, sanitary and water services,
and other facilities.
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such
proposed assessment roll has been completed and filed in his
office for public inspection.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the
City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the
14th day of July, 1969 at 8:00 P.M. to pass upon the _
proposed assessment for Street Improvement Project
No. St. 1968 -1A.
2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time '
and place of meeting in the official newspaper of
the City, at least two (2) weeks prior to such
meeting.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
THIS 16TH DAY OF JUNE, 1969.

NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT FOR ST. 1963 -2A STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
73rd Avenue: University Avenue to Able Street.
The area proposed to be assessed for said improverents and each of them is all
that land benefited by said improvements or each of them and lying within the
general area of the above noted streets.
Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the above
noted areas in whole or in part proportionately tc each of the lands therein
contained according to the benefits received.

concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer
_other facilities located, as follows:

Road Along West Side of Railroad Tracks: Liberty Street to Ely Street.
Ashton Avenue: 79th Way to 208 Feet North of Ely Street.
The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of them is all
that land benefited by said improvements or each of them and lying within the
general area of the above noted streets.
Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the above
noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of the lands therein
contained according to the benefits received.
