A RESOLUTION CORREECTING RESOLUTION NO. 83 -1963 AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
SPLITTING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PARCEL 900, PART OF LOTS 21 AND 22,
BLOCK 1, OSTMAN'S 3RD ADDITION (Lateral charges placed on wrong parcel)
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently been subdivided,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against
