A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE COMBINING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON
LOTS 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 AND
12, BLOCK 8, CITY VIEW ADDITION.
WHEREAS, certain special
assessments have been levied with
respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently
been subdivided and combined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
as follows:
That the assessments levied
against the following described
