NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
ST. 1971-1 & St. 1971-2 (MSAS)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, has deemed it expedient to receive evidence pertaining to the
improvements hereinaftex described.
NOW THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the 13th day of

meet at the City Hall in said City, and will at said time and place hear
all parties interested in said improvements in whole ox in part.
The general nature of the improvements is the construction (in the

We are being assessed for 4500 square feet for storm
sewer improvements.
I make this request: That this be removed from the
ro ect so steted. I assure you that not one �quare
foot of our land will run into the storm sewer, from
Central Avenue to the Arthur Street project.
