RESOLUTION REQUESTING MINNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT FOR
ASSISTANCE
BE IT RESOLVED, That pursuant to statutory authority,
the City of Fridley Engineer for an on behalf of the City
of Fridley is hereby authorized to request and obtain
from the Minnesota Department of Highways, needed
engineering and technical services during the year of
1970; for which payment will be made by the City upon
receipt of verified claims from the Commissioner of
Highways.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY THIS 19TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1970.
